The future of construction is not simply about building more — it is about building stronger, lighter, more efficiently and with a longer service life.
Through our partners, we are introducing an innovative multifunctional concrete technology designed to significantly enhance conventional concrete while opening opportunities for lightweight applications across global construction and infrastructure markets.
Our partners technology can deliver up to 30% higher compressive strength, waterproof performance up to W35, up to 20% lower cement consumption and 25% lower water demand. Additional benefits include high sulfate resistance, reinforcement protection, F400+ frost resistance and the ability to support self-healing of cracks up to 0.5 mm.
A particularly exciting capability is the potential density range of approximately 100–1200 kg/m³, depending on formulation and required performance. This allows solutions to be engineered from ultra-lightweight insulation and void filling through to blocks, screeds, wall panels, prefabricated elements and higher-strength lightweight construction applications. By comparison, conventional concrete typically weighs around 2,300–2,400 kg/m³.With a dosage of just 1–3% and the ability to integrate into existing concrete production processes, the technology has the potential to offer manufacturers and developers a practical route to improved performance without completely reinventing established production infrastructure.
Applications span housing, commercial development, roads and transport, ports and marine engineering, water infrastructure, energy, industrial facilities, mining, agriculture and major infrastructure projects. Independent laboratory testing and international certification are central to the next phase of global commercialisation. We are therefore interested in engaging with strategic investors, concrete manufacturers, developers, infrastructure groups and international partners who can support certification, validation, deployment and market expansion.
Our objective is clear: to help build stronger, smarter and longer-lasting infrastructure while reducing material consumption, structural weight and whole-life costs.
